I’m Mika—sales coach, trauma-informed educator, and founder of The Selling Sanctuary.

 I teach women how to unlearn hustle, heal their relationship with visibility, and sell from a place of regulation, reverence, and reality-shifting belief.

After years of entrepreneurship, coaching, and studying both sales psychology and nervous system science, I realized this truth:

Women (especially over 40) are taught to be small, pleasing, and self-sacrificing. That conditioning doesn’t disappear when we start businesses, side hustles, or commission-based sales opportunities. Instead, it shows up in underpricing, burnout, perfectionism, and panic when our content flops.

This harmful programming damages women's ability to thrive and prosper. It is my passion to hold space for other women to release themselves from that masculine bondage.
